Cette Pince à verre, base arrondie, ronde, série Z CRL est conçue pour le verre d'une épaisseur de 10 mm (3/8 po). Fabriquées en acier inoxydable ou en zinc, les pinces sont la solution parfaite pour les cloisons, les rails, les profilés, les pare-vent et bien d'autres projets. Pour fixer solidement la pince en Z sur des tuyaux fins (moins de 3,1 mm ou 1/8 po), utilisez le boulon à six pans creux ZBOLT et l'écrou à rivet ZRNUT CRL. Pour l'installation, percez un orifice de 12 mm (1/2 po), introduisez le riv-nut, alignez la pince avec le boulon et l'orifice percé et commencez à enfiler le boulon dans l'écrou ce qui comprime l'écrou. Un orifice de 12 mm (1/2 po) est requis pour les broches en acier (y compris avec la pince) pour une fixation supplémentaire du verre.

Pour le verre de 6, 8 et 10 mm (1/4, 5/16 et 3/8 po), un orifice de 12 mm (1/2 po) est requis pour la broche en acier (fournie avec la pince) pour mieux soutenir le verre. Comprend : Joints en caoutchouc, rondelle et broche en acier (pour utilisation facultative)
For securing the Z-Clamp to thin wall tubing (less than 1/8”), use CRL’s ZB0LT Socket Head Cap Bolt and ZRNUT Rivet-Nut. For installation, drill a 17/32” (13.5 mm) hole, then install the Rivet-Nut using 34604 Heavy-Duty Thread Insert tool and 34618 5/16” Mandrel and Nosepiece.

NOTE: 1/2" (12 mm) notch is required if using the steel pin (included with the clamp) for additional glass support.

Glass Fabrication:

For 1/4" (6 mm), 5/16" (8 mm), and 3/8" (10 mm) Thick Glass: 1/2" (12 mm) notch is required if using provided steel pin for glass support.

For 1/2" (12 mm) Thick Glass: 9/16" (14 mm) diameter hole required if using provided steel pin for glass support.
Includes: Rubber Gaskets and Steel Pin (for optional use) with Grommet
Replacement Hardware: CRL P612 for Replacement Screws & Replacement gaskets are available by ordering CRL Cat. No. Z14RG.

Product Warning:

For interior CRL recommends pinning each glass panel as required when the glass is not supported from the bottom edge to prevent glass panel slippage. Rubber gaskets and steel pins are provided with each clamp.
